Nestbuddy Shipping Policy
Getting Your Order to You, Fast
We know waiting around for a delivery is nobody's idea of fun. That's why once you place an order with Nestbuddy, we get moving — your order is confirmed and dispatched within just 20 minutes.
When Will It Arrive?
- Order between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, and it'll reach you within 60, 90, or 120 minutes if you're in a serviceable pincode around Greater Noida West.
- Order outside those hours? No worries — we'll have it delivered to you the next business day.
- Not sure if we deliver to your area? Just check your pincode at checkout or on our homepage, and we'll let you know your estimated delivery window right away.
What Shipping Costs
We keep it simple — shipping charges are based on the delivery channel selected at the time of delivery.
- Orders up to ₹5,000 — Delivery Charges applicable as per selected delivery channel.
- Orders between ₹5,001 and ₹10,000 — Delivery Charges applicable as per selected delivery channel.
- Orders above ₹10,000 — Free Delivery.

We deliver every single day, between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
Keeping Track of Your Order
- Ordered through the Nestbuddy app? You can watch your delivery move in real time, right from the app.
- Ordered on the website? We'll send you a live tracking link over WhatsApp so you always know where your order is.

If We Can't Deliver
Sometimes an address doesn't check out — if that happens, we'll reach out to verify the details with you before trying again. Note that a re-delivery fee may apply in these cases.
